What kinds of projects are you looking for?
My passion lies in animation, so when I get the opportunity to work with a team that has created a crisp design and I get to give it life with a bunch of keyframes - I’m in heaven! These projects can vary from a complete new brand identity and longer explanatory video to smaller projects like logo animation.
What makes your work unique?
I have the ability to see what kind of movement and feeling would strengthen the message my client wants to be portrayed. As well as seeing and executing this, I like to mix different kinds of media, like traditional cel animation in combination with more motion design-esque visuals that I create mainly in After Effects. I also love giving character to objects or shapes, giving them grand or subtle movements that blow life even into the less obvious design assets - to make them more personable.
What does your creative process look like?
My process is very hands-on, starting to test things out straight away without overthinking or judging. This way, I’m able to get a clear idea of what works and what doesn’t, and to be able to communicate my vision with the client early in the process. I love to look for inspiration from colleagues, friends and creatives, to be moved by colours and movement and discuss new ideas and ways of doing things.
